"The Daniel Ondaro Trio is a hybrid of broadly talented and eclectic musicians performing Brazilian bossa nova, swing standards and original music. Hailing from different parts of the globe, members Daniel Ondaro (US), Johannes Heger (Germany) and Petros Tzekos (Greece) came together in Berlin Germany in 2013 where they immediately found a cohesive and joyful sound. With the instrumentation of acoustic guitar and voice, upright bass, and percussion, the trio weaves refined and classic music reminiscent of the great bossa nova and jazz artists of the early 20th century but with a contemporary and personal touch."
